Kristina S. Heuser, Esq.

Kristina S. Heuser, Esq. is a graduate of Georgetown University and Brooklyn Law School. She has government, non-profit, and private sector experience and has been in private practice since 2010.

Ms. Heuser is the former Chief Litigation Counsel for Advocates for Faith & Freedom, and presently serves as Legal Counsel to the American Constitutional Rights Union and as an Allied Attorney with Alliance Defending Freedom. The Heuser Law Firm represents individuals and organizations and is at all times focused on defending the constitutional rights and individual liberties of its clients.

Kristina Heuser is also a mother and public servant. She serves on the worship team at her church, as a committee-person on her local Republican Executive Committee and as chair of the Faith & Family Subcommittee of that organization, and was recently appointed by Governor DeSantis to the Board of Trustees of Florida SouthWestern State College, just to name a few areas of current involvement.
