Constitutional and Civil Rights Law

If any of your constitutional rights have been infringed upon by the government, including your right to free speech, assembly, equal protection under the law, due process, or any other enumerated or unenumerated right, please reach out for a consultation. We will assess the nature of your case and let you know what the best course of action is. We represent students and student organizations being marginalized or altogether defunded on campus, sidewalk preachers, pro-life protesters, journalists and bloggers, and individuals who simply want to engage in the free exchange of ideas that is integral to a free society.

Religious Liberty

The Constitution guarantees all citizens the right to free exercise of their faith. If any government agency or institution has restricted you from living out your faith, we would like to speak with you. You may be able to sue to protect your constitutionally protected freedom. We represent individuals, churches, and other Christian ministries.

Employment Law

If you have sought an accommodation at work based upon your religion or disability and it has been denied, or if you would like to request an accommodation from your employer but do not know where to begin, we can assist you.

If you have been discriminated against in the context of your employment based upon your faith, speech, or political affiliation or activities, we would like to assist you in seeking redress through the courts.

Appeals

Sometimes, the trial courts get it wrong. This is why there is an appellate process. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of your case in the court of original jurisdiction, please reach out to us. We would be happy to take a look at what occurred and advise you of the viability of an appeal. We are capable and experienced in handling all types of federal and state court appeals.
